George of the Jungle

The animated series George of the Jungle, produced in Canada, is called George of the Jungle. It's an Adobe Flash-animated reimagining of the original series from 1967 with the same name. Canadian-produced and recently launched in the US on Cartoon Network with the Christmas episode. In Latin America, Disney Channel carries the show. With a few notable exceptions, the recreation is nearly identical to the original. Typically, an episode of the show is split into two parts, each lasting 11 minutes. This isn't the case with the original cartoon, which included stories about Tom Slick and Super Chicken, amongst other things. After a one-season run that spanned from June29,2007, to January11,2008, the show has been renewed for a second season in 2014.
