Kingpin
In the United States and Canada, the NBC network and CTV broadcast the six-episode drama series Kingpin, which premiered on February2,2003, and ran for a total of six episodes. Drug trafficker and family man Miguel Cadena starred in The Sopranos-like show on NBC that also drew from The Godfather, Macbeth, and Traffik. Due to low viewership, there were no further intentions for a television series to be produced. The Mexican band Kinky's song "Más" was utilized in commercials for the NBC miniseries.
