Suzukaze Aoba joins Eagle Jump, the gaming firm that was responsible for developing Fairies Story, the game that she was completely consumed by as a child, after she has graduated from high school. Aoba, on her first day as a working member of society, makes her way to work while rocking back and forth in a crowded train during the morning rush hour. She is successful in reaching the office building, but once there, she pauses, contemplating whether or not it was appropriate for her to take the further step and enter the building. At that moment, a senior member of the staff named Toyama Rin arrives at her place of employment and guides Aoba inside the offices of Eagle Jump in a secure manner.
