After the death of his parents, Keika You is forced to live in abject poverty despite coming from a long-established and renowned family of exorcists. To make ends meet, he toils away as a street fortune teller and, on the side, as a computer recovery technician. One night, he is scavenging in a junkyard when he comes across Ki Tanmoku, a strange yet charismatic exorcist who is battling a malevolent ghost. This meeting marks the beginning of a journey that was destined to take place for Keika You. Unfortunately for him, he was struck by a car and turned into a ghost after the accident. At that moment, the dashing exorcist Ki materialized before Keika and posed the following question to her: "Will you make a covenant with me to combat evil spirits together?" This marks the beginning of the friendship between our heroes!
