Squidbillies
The Cuylers are the protagonists of the animated television series Squidbillies. The Cuylers are anthropomorphic mud squids who live in a poor community in the Appalachian section of Georgia's highlands. Williams Street Studios is responsible for the production of the show, which debuted on October 16, 2005. The show is broadcast during the Adult Swim programming block on Cartoon Network. Dave Willis, co-creator of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Jim Fortier, formerly of The Brak Show, both of whom worked on the Adult Swim series Space Ghost Coast to Coast, wrote it. Both of them were involved in the production of the show. Awesome Incorporated is in charge of the animation, and Ben Prisk is the one responsible for the design of the backgrounds.
