The Magician

The Magician is a 1973–1974 American television series. It starred Bill Bixby as stage illusionist Anthony "Tony" Blake, a playboy benefactor who used his skills to solve difficult crimes when needed. In the pilot episode, the character was called Anthony Dorian. The name was changed owing of a dispute with the name of a real-life stage magician.
