A boy from the suburbs of Sofia becomes the country's first undercover officer. Martin becomes the ideal liar because his father compelled him to lie and cheat as a child. This expertise, coupled with his disdain of the "underworld," gives him the ideal candidate for a perilous mission: infiltrating the criminal organization of a wealthy and powerful businessman.
