Xiaolin Showdown is an American animated TV show that aired on Kids WB and was made by Christy Hui. In a world where martial arts battles and Eastern magic are common, the series follows four young warriors in training who fight the forces of evil. They do this by keeping Shen Gong Wu safe from bad guys who want to use him to take over the world. The series started on the WB Network's Kids' WB block in 2003 and ran for 3 seasons and 52 episodes. Most episodes involve both sides trying to find a certain Shen Gong Wu that has been revealed. Most episodes come to a head when a good character and a bad character have to fight in a magical duel called a "Xiaolin Showdown" for the artifact. On August26,2013, Disney XD showed a sneak peek of a new series called Xiaolin Chronicles. It started running for a long time on September14, the same year.
