Filmmakers Jack Hamill and Brenda Hill were contracted to develop a documentary about serial killer Edward Payne on April5,2011. The documentary will be released in 2012. Three weeks later, the partially decomposed remains of Jack Hamil were discovered in an abandoned field outside of a tiny town in Oregon.
