Mr. Chan (Dayo Wong), a top agent, is abruptly relieved of his responsibilities after his partner Wonder Child unintentionally offends a policewoman, Ms. Shek. However, when a finance officer goes insane as a result of drugs, Mr. Chan is asked back in to help solve the case, which he gladly accepts despite the fact that it entails working with Ms. Shek.
