Japanese coast guardsmen have been arrested and are being held. Aircraft Carrier Ibuki and an escort force are dispatched by the Japanese government as tensions mount. Ryota Akitsu (Hidetoshi Nishijima) is the captain and Toshiya Niinami (Kuranosuke Sasaki) is the second-in-command of the Aircraft Carrier Ibuki.
