Artie is a scumbag. He has no ambition, is the school's favorite punching bag, and keeps his virginity hidden. Then April leaves the state. He's known her since kindergarten and she's his life. After three years, Artie obtains the confidence to go see April and tell her how he feels about her. Soon after, Artie wakes up in the thick of a zombie outbreak. But he won't hide this time.
