Maltazard, the Evil M, has grown to a height of 7 feet and is terrorizing mankind everywhere he goes. His objective is straightforward: assemble a massive army of henchmen and rule the universe. Meanwhile, Arthur is still a Minimoy, unable to defend himself. He devises a scheme to regain his normal size with the help of Selenia and Betameche: all they have to do is infiltrate Arthur's house via the pipeworks, board an electric train from his bedroom to his grandfather's study, and find an elixir that will restore his human size. If it weren't for Darkos, Maltazard's own son, on their heels, it would seem simple chevalier.
