Black Mask
As a librarian, Chui Chik strives to keep a low profile. He is, however, a former test subject for a top-secret supersoldier program and the commander of a special commando team known as "701." The 701 squad is employed for a variety of government operations, but after one of the agents kills a team of cops in an uncontrollable frenzy, the government decides to scrap the experiment and kill all of the subjects. Chui Chik assisted the 701 agents who survived the extermination attempt. Chui Chik split apart from the rest of his team after escaping. Later, he learns that the rest of the crew was involved in a violent crime spree that outstripped the local police's capabilities. He disguises himself as "Black Mask," a superhero persona, and goes out to stop them. Due to the military's operation on super-soldiers, Black Mask has lost his capacity to feel pain, making him nearly invulnerable.
