Fuad Ramses (Mal Arnold) is an apparently average Egyptian immigrant who owns a successful catering business in the tranquil suburbs of Miami. He also murders young ladies, with the intention of resurrecting the goddess Ishtar using their organs and bodies. The insane Ramses hypnotizes a socialite in order to land a job catering a party for her debutante daughter, Suzette Fremont (Connie Mason), and turns the event into an evening of gruesome deaths, bloody dismemberment, and ritual sacrifice. Ramses is played by Connie Mason, who plays Suzette Fremont.
