Blue World Order

After a nuclear war ravaged the northern hemisphere, the survivors in the south became desperate and vicious. As society falls, an aggressive germ attacks the survivors. To reconstruct civilization, a self-appointed authority named 'The ORDER' administered an electro-macnetic pulse immunization to microbes (EMP). The Order secretly released a bio-tech virus via EMP, allowing them to control the population. Only Jake Slater is immune to the Order's virus. As the last child on Earth, Jake scavenges the wasteland looking for a means to keep his unconscious daughter alive.
