A businessman travels all the way to Washington, DC, in order to campaign for legislative initiatives that are favorable to his building ambitions. Because he finds that his ditzy ex-showgirl bimbo is embarrassing in social circumstances, he decides to hire a reporter to instruct her in how to give the impression that she is more educated. Things get even more complicated when she starts questioning the documents that her sugar daddy keeps trying to get her to sign, and the reporter starts falling in love with her. However, it doesn't take long for the reporter to realize that she isn't actually as stupid as she initially appeared to be.
