Broken Lance
Heavily-armed cattle baron Matt Devereaux raids a copper smelter that is polluting his water. Then, he gives each of his sons a piece of his land. Because of the raid, Son Joe gets three years in jail. Matt dies from a stroke that was in part caused by his sons being rebellious. When Joe gets out, he plans to get back at them.
