Every summer, the children of a Christian community in a New Jersey suburb attend Camp Hope. They travel deep into the woods, away from the world's distractions. The children are taught the ways of the Lord, the dangers of the flesh, and the dread of the Devil here. In their training, they are led by a charismatic priest. But, unknowingly, he has brought something evil with him. What was supposed to be a safe haven, a spiritual retreat, has now become a nightmare that not even faith can put an end to.
