Kidnapping attractive young ladies and using them as mannequins for sale in neighborhood shops is his business model of choice. Fortunately for Dr Watt, Detective-Sergeant Bung is on the case, and he doesn't know a thing! From Frankenstein to Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde, all of the horror legends are parodied in this spoof of Hammer Horror films.
