Diane McCarthy (Leah Pipes) works as a reality TV producer for her conceited ex-trip boyfriend's show. Diane swerves off the road and becomes stuck as a storm looms while travelling to her next assignment. The Forest Cove bed and breakfast is located nearby. Helen (Lindsay Wagner), the owner, offers Diane a free accommodation while her car is being repaired. Helen's offer of sanctuary is accepted by Diane, who meets Helen's gorgeous son Andy (Rick Malambri). Diane decides to focus the following episode on Forest Cove after being impressed by its attractiveness. Helen is ecstatic and hopeful that the show will provide much-needed revenue. Andy, who is planning to sell the distressed property, is opposed. Andy and Diane bond while preparing for the concert, despite his concerns. But things get difficult when Jared, Diane's ex and the show's host, shows up and throws a wrench in the works.
