Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering

Grace Rhodes, a medical student, returns to her hometown to investigate a weird ailment that is afflicting the local youngsters. The illness's symptoms include a high fever and muscle spasms, but what's even stranger is what happens the next day: everyone who has the illness claims they are someone else, and then they start murdering the adults in their lives. Grace becomes certain that there is a connection between her sister's frightening transformation and the reappearance of an evil cult figure who may be returning from the dead.
