It is a dark movie about people living in a troubled New Jersey neighborhood. Nick Rinaldi, a disillusioned contractor, is the main character. He has been helped all his life by his wealthy father. Some of the other characters in this group drama about urban conflict and corruption are Asteroid, a homeless person who is very unstable, and Wynn, a young politician who is very idealistic.
