It's been a few years, and 40 kilometers from nothing, there's still not much going on. But that's about to change, as the good people of Dog River, Saskatchewan, are facing their most serious crisis to yet. Brent and his friends realize that the town has been horribly mismanaged, leaving citizens with no choice but to pack their belongings and go.
