Cotton Comes to Harlem

The Rev. Deke O'Malley defrauds Harlem's African-American community by claiming that small payments will obtain land tracts in Africa. When NYPD officers Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson investigate O'Malley's scheme, they discover the cash is hidden inside a bale of cotton.
