Yang Mi Sook has spent her entire life in the shadows due to her unattractive appearance (dull hair, flushed cheeks, uncomfortable demeanor). Miss Carrot, as she is often known, is a dedicated teacher of Russian to unruly high school pupils and a lifelong admirer of her coworker Seo. Mi Sook is living a dull, self-delusional life until Yuri, a young, attractive teacher, walks in and takes her class and her boyfriend.
