Deserted
When twenty-four-year-old Jae is freed from jail for the murder of her mother, she returns to the little town of Ridgecrest, where she was raised. The yearning to travel anywhere except there leads her to agree to accompany her brother on a road journey out to Death Valley, where they become hopelessly lost in the world's most breathtaking, but cruel topographical landscape.
