Duel at Diablo

A frontier scout named Jess Remsberg saves Ellen Grange from a pursuing gang of Apaches while crossing the desert and brings her to her husband, Willard Grange. The Army cavalry squadron has hired him to serve as a scout, and he accepts the job. Willard, Ellen, and her young boy, as well as horse trader Toller, a veteran of the 10th Cavalry, are accompanying them on their journey. The group is trapped in a canyon by Chata, an Apache chief who also happens to be the grandfather of Ellen's child. Willard has been apprehended and tortured. Jess manages to sneek away and bring reinforcements just in time to prevent a disaster. It is revealed to Jess that the man he has been searching for is none other than Willard Grange.
