The Viral Demon recording serves as a wake-up call to recognize the truth of what has been happening to our world since the Viral Demon was accidentally released from its prison. Former college friends Kendra, AJ, Mar, and Dwayne are growing apart as they live across the country. In an attempt to relive their glory days at Ohio State, the gang gathers online for a night of stories, pranks, and drinking via webcam. As the evening progresses, they unknowingly unleash a cunningly cunning demon that had been imprisoned for centuries in Salem, Massachusetts. Because the demon may inhabit numerous individuals at once, the group of friends must figure out who they can still trust in order to withstand the demon's sinister objective.
