Karen, a young nurse who works in psychiatry, gets on the last subway train of the night, but it stops in the middle of the tunnel. Suddenly, her nightmare starts: a mysterious cult has decided that it's the end of the world and that the only way to save the souls of the living is to kill them. As people around Karen are being brutally killed, she and a small group of other survivors must fight a murderous cult, supernatural forces, and their own fears of Armageddon to stay alive.
