Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone

After the Second Influence, Tokyo-3 is being struck by giant animals called Angels that seek to get rid of humankind. The child Shinji's purpose is to combat the Angels by piloting among the strange Evangelion mecha systems. A remake of the very first six episodes of GAINAX's well-known 1996 anime collection. The film was retitled "Evangelion: 1.01" for its DVD release and "Evangelion: 1.11" for a release with added scenes.
