A military officer from the UK in charge of a secret drone operation to catch terrorists in Kenya finds out that the targets are planning a suicide bombing, and the mission changes from "capture" to "kill." As American pilot Steve Watts is about to fire, a nine-year-old girl walks into the "kill zone."
