Flame & Citron
Assassins Bent Faurschou-Hviid ("Flame") and Jorg Haagen Schmith ("Citron") of the Danish resistance follow Winther's orders, who is in touch with top Allies. One shoots, one drives. They solely kill Danes until1944, when Winther orders them to slaughter Germans. Bent's association with the intriguing Kitty Selmer, who may be a double agent, raises suspicions when a target informs him Winther is using them to settle personal scores. Also, someone close to them is a traitor. Dare Bent and Jrgen kill an über-target, elude capture, and survive? Is this bravery, naiveté, or pure hatred?
