Four Flies on Grey Velvet

As a member of a rock band, Roberto, the drummer, is plagued by strange phone calls and the attention of an enigmatic stranger. During the battle, he accidently stabs his persecutor, attempting to force him to open up to him. He flees, but the next day he receives an envelope with images of him killing the man, and he realizes his problems have only just begun. All of his pals are being assassinated, and someone is trying to pin the blame on him.
