When Janet Graham attempts to reconnect with her insane family during their annual spring Christmas celebration, she finds herself being falsely accused of her father's murder. When her family decides to call the police after the holiday festivities, Janet vows to find the true culprit before the end of the day. She searches for clues while participating in their traditions, which include caroling, mashed potato snowman building, bizarre white elephant gift exchange, and the strangest nativity ever staged.
