Guns for San Sebastian

Father John has provided refuge to the outlaw Leon Alastray, whom he then accompanies to the village of San Sebastian. The community is abandoned because its timid inhabitants are hiding in the hills from the Indians, who routinely raid the village and steal their supplies. When Father John is slain, the people incorrectly believe that the criminal is Father John. Alastray initially informs them that he is not a priest, but they do not believe him, and an apparent miracle proves their point. He ultimately aids them in regaining their confidence and protecting themselves.
