When Ellie Grimbridge's father, Harry, a novelty salesman, is slain while in possession of a halloween mask created by the Silver Shamrock mask company, Dr. Daniel Challis and Ellie Grimbridge stumble into a macabre murder plot. The mask in question was made by the Silver Shamrock mask company. Conal Cochran, the owner of the company, has a depraved plan to use his masks to bring Halloween back to its more sinister origins; however, if he were to succeed, it would result in the death and devastation of people all throughout the country.
