When a vigilante homeless guy arrives in a new city, he finds himself caught in urban anarchy, where crime reigns supreme and the city's crime boss governs. Seeing armed robbers, corrupt cops, abused prostitutes, and even a pedophile Santa in the city, the Hobo decides to bring justice to the city the only way he knows how: with a 20-gauge shotgun.
