Hope Springs
Colin Ware, a British artist, learns that his fiancée, Vera, is engaged to be married to someone else than him. He embarks on a journey to America, where he eventually lands in the small hamlet of Hope in New England, distraught and unhappy. Colin is depressed at first, but when his innkeepers introduce him to Mandy, a gorgeous nurse, he quickly realizes that he has found more than a shoulder to weep on. Until Vera shows up with a surprise of her own. Everything is going swimmingly, and Colin has nearly forgotten about his ex-girlfriend.
