Hap Smith has a new act now that Chick Allen is in the military. With the help of his new female partner, Hap now plays a silly parody of a soldier as a clown. To get into Fort Benning, Chick organizes a show for soldiers. Hap, who used to be Chick's partner, pretends to be a real soldier to get into the base.
