On a brisk Christmas Eve, Casey Smallwood, a previously mild-mannered college student, gets freed from prison after serving a ten-year sentence for underage drinking. He plans to see his long-lost pen friend on a train to Washington, D.C., but the Christmas express is hijacked by an irate gang of domestic terrorists and highly intelligent, government-trained raccoons!
