There were no unusual lights flashing on the street in Las Vegas, Nevada, until a man with one hand, one eye, and one leg walked into a pawn shop and presented a statue of an obnoxious-looking Leprechaun to the proprietor. Apparently, the owner believes it to be a good luck charm. A medallion was also worn around the neck of the figure. Due to the negligence of the pawn shop owner, the Leprechaun was set free... and escaped.
