This is the story of a police officer who is racing against the clock to track down a kidnapping victim whose kidnapper he inadvertently killed. Aron Eckhart plays a discredited police officer named Frank Penny in this film. It's Frank who goes rouge in order to save the 11-year-old daughter of the police chief. Ava Brooks, whose live-streaming news program is showing Frank's every move, will assist Frank locate the girl. As the city keeps an eye on them, Frank and Ava race against the clock in this high-octane action film.
