The writings of a mentally ill patient under possession lead them to Peter Kelson, a writer who specializes in serial murders. They believe that Satan will occupy his body. Maya Larkin, the youngest member of the gang, investigates Peter and attempts to persuade him to believe in the idea of Evil incarnate.
