Trevor is a sometimes-violent skinhead who has no respect for authority and would rather steal automobiles than sit in the correctional center where he has been committed. Harry Parker, Trevor's social worker, does his best, but Trevor is only engaged when he can gain something from it. The administrators at the center try to persuade Trevor to comply to societal norms, but he ignores them and instead speaks in a stream of four-letter insults and racist slurs.
