This film is an outstanding tribute to various (art) manifestos from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, ranging from Communism to Dogme, and it is told through the eyes of thirteen different characters, all of whom are played by Cate Blanchett, including a homeless man, a factory worker, and a corporate CEO. A funny audio-visual experience that is visually arresting.
