Butch, the secret service canine, is on maternity leave, so Max is deployed to the White House. He meets TJ, the President's son, who is 12 years old. Due of his father's prominence, he strives to conform and live a normal life. TJ is invited to accompany Alexandra (Alex) during the state visit of the Russian president and his daughter, Alexandra (Alex). TJ and Alex become friends, but when they go into trouble, Max rushes to their aid!
