Embed in the 1970's, MIGHTY penalty is the tale of Joe Penalty (Chazz Palminteri) a charismatic, high-spirited man, who moves his household-- spouse Stella (Andie MacDowell), a Holocaust survivor, daughters Nathalie (Jodelle Ferland) and also Maddie (Rainey Qualley)-- from Brooklyn to New Orleans, looking for a much better life.
