Mimic 2
Biologist Susan Tyler and her research collaborators manufactured a type of "Judas" bugs and released them into the environment, where they were to "mimic" the diseased roaches and penetrate their filthy habitats in the original Mimic, which was set in New York City at the time of the outbreak. The strategy succeeded until the bugs evolved to imitate their next target, which turned out to be humans! The huge cockroaches have returned, and this time they've transformed into human form, just when everyone believed they were extinct!
