Mountain Spirits
WANG Wen-chih, an installation artist who grew up in the mountains of Chiayi, incorporates recollections of mountains and woods into his work. WANG creates his art with his hands and collective labor, using natural materials such as bamboo, rattan, and wood. The vast spaces he creates exude such deep and powerful energy that countless visitors are taken aback and moved. This film follows WANG on his creative journey.
